Returns Policy
We have a "no returns" policy, which means your purchase of any product is FINAL SALE . We do this in order to protect our customers. We do our best to maintain the highest of quality and once an item leaves our facility, we cannot guarantee such quality.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Inquiries must be made 48 hours of delivery.
To start a damage or issue report, you can contact us at tinafabric20@gmail.com with an explanation of your problem, order number, and photos for reference. We will do our best to make sure we resolve the issue to our best efforts.
